Susan Lee

Susan inherited her enthusiasm for cooking from her Singaporean mother. She began her personal chef business in 2001. Her menus are inspired by the freshest produce sourced from local farmers markets. Her experience with cooking classes have enabled her to share her passion for good food and guide others to be confident and creative cooks. Susan continues to travel extensively, adding new inspiration to her repertoire.

Thanh Le

Thanh Le and Rifka have been close friends for over 25 years. Thanh Le relocated to San Francisco from Minneapolis in June 2008. Thanh Le has over 25 years of experience in fine dining, catering, recipe development and teaching culinary arts. Her specialties include Italian and Asian Fusion.

Rifka Ghaly

Rifka began cooking for friends and family at an early age. She has run numerous food shelves and has donated her time abundantly cooking for the homeless and various non-profit organizations. Her specialties include cakes, pastries and desserts as well as everything imaginable in the field of culinary arts.
